Lexi Pichiarallo (Owner & Director): Lexi Pichiarallo is a dancer, choreographer, director and instructor from Westchester, NY. Lexi graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ithaca College with a degree in Theatre Studies and Dance, with a concentration in choreography and directing. Lexi brought her studies to London, UK where she received a certification in stage combat. Lexi holds a certification in the Vaganova Method, Pre-Ballet level from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow, Russia where she attended an Online Teacher Training Seminar and passed their certified examination.
As a member of the Dance Studio Owners Association Inner Circle, she works with studio owners around the world to create the best experience for families, staff and students. After graduating college, Lexi taught several dance and theatre classes and held a directorship role at a local performing arts studio. This is where she gained her hands-on experience as a Studio Director as she led her students and staff. In this role, she created brand new programming and grew her studio tremendously.
Lexi has esteemed production credits which include but are not limited to, Ugly Lies
the Bone (Director), Cendrillon, (Asst. Director and Choreographer), and The Wild Party (Asst. Director/Choreographer/Fight Choreographer). Lexi has worked for iTheatrics Broadway Academy where she worked alongside professionals in developing Jr./School Edition versions of musicals. She assisted in choreographing musical numbers as well as worked individually with students. She has also worked very closely with The Barrow Group Theatre Company in both her acting training and her work as an educator.
Still an active dancer, Lexi trains consistently at Broadway Dance Center in NYC, working with renowned professionals including Jason Wise. She also continues to advance her tap training with Common Ground Dance Company. In the fall of 2024, Lexi was an Adjunct Professor at Manhattanville University, where she taught tap to Musical Theatre and Dance majors. Lexi is committed to her own growth and to fostering a safe, productive learning environment for all herstudents.
