Studio Guidelines & Policies

A Creative Space to Learn, Grow and Shine

Encore Center for Performing Arts opens its doors for every aspiring performer to dream, believe and achieve their goals. We provide a platform, a professional learning environment where students can thrive in dance, acting and musical theatre. To ensure its quality, here are our Studio Guidelines & Policies that every performer must abide by.

Payment Details

Our annual tuition covers a full 32-week season of classes. For your convenience, this total balance is broken down into 10 equal monthly installments, which are automatically processed using the credit card on file. Please note that monthly installments do not reflect the number of classes in any specific month, but rather a portion of the full season. Additional fees throughout the year include performance tickets, which will be available for purchase closer to the show.

Make-Up Classes

Missed classes can be rescheduled with prior notice, but no refunds are given.

Discounts

We offer a 10% sibling discount and families receive a $25 referral credit for new student enrollments.

Virtual Classes

If face-to-face classes are suspended due to government restrictions, tuition remains the same, and no refunds will be issued.

Inclement Weather

Our studio follows Byram Hills Central School District Policy, with classes cancelled, students are welcome to take a makeup class on any other class on our schedule.

Dress Code

Students must wear the required attire for their class and keep their hair secured.
