1. Totally Technique: Master the foundation of movement with in-depth ballet, modern, and contemporary technique classes. Strengthen your body, refine your alignment, and boost your flexibility with integrated Pilates and strength training. Push your limits and witness your technical prowess soar! (Ages 7-10 & 11-18)
2. Contemporary & Composition: Dive into the emotive world of contemporary dance. Explore improvisation, delve into emotional expression, and unlock your choreographic voice. Create your own original pieces and experience the power of movement storytelling. This program, offered in two age groups, will empower you to move with freedom and confidence. (Ages 7-10 & 11-18)
3. Dance Fusion: Unleash your inner mover with an electrifying mix of styles! Explore jazz, hip-hop, tap, and more, discovering diverse rhythms and expressing yourself through dynamic choreography. Have a blast learning new moves and connect with the music in a fun and vibrant atmosphere. (Ages 7-10 & 11-18)
All Intensives Include:
- Expert instruction: Learn from several passionate and experienced dance professionals who will guide and inspire you.
